What is a Token?
A token is a unit that represents a request or transaction made via the API. Each API call consumes a set number of tokens depending on the complexity of the request.
How will I know how many tokens I have user each month?
Your token usage for each billing period will be displayed on your monthly bill. If you would like to check token usage prior to your bill being issued you can email support@rushcliff.com
What happens if I go over my monthly token limit?
Each monthly API plan has it’s own ‘Pay As You Go’ rate. If you go over the number of tokens included in your monthly plan, any additional token usage will be charged at the PAYG rate stated for your plan.
Can I switch API plans?
Yes, you can switch plans at any time, this includes upgrading or downgrading to suit your needs. Any changes will be applied to the next billing period.
Do unused tokens roll over to the next month?
No, unused tokens will not roll over to the next month. Your token allowance resets at the start of each billing period.
Is there a free trial or pay-as-you-go option?
We offer a limited free trial period for testing purposes. Pay-as-you-go is also available for organisations with fluctuating API usage needs.
What level of support is available?
All plans include a basic level of support and access to extensive API documentation. Higher-tier plans also include dedicated account management including planning and implementation support.
How can I access the API documentation?
Our API documentation can be found here: https://docs.pps-api.com to gain access, you will need to create a login via PPS Express.
