Clinic reporting software FAQs

Clinic reporting software turns the data your practice management system already holds, such as appointments, payments and client records, into reports that show how your clinic is performing. In PPS, reporting sits in the same system as your diary, clinical notes and billing, so reports are always up to date without exporting data or rebuilding spreadsheets.

PPS includes hundreds of ready-made reports, organised into client, appointment, accounts, clinical, activities, third-party and charts & summaries categories, plus your own custom reports. Examples include clients with no future appointment booked, diary occupancy, appointments kept vs DNA, new referrals by referral source, daily payments by practitioner and payment method, and unpaid invoices.
